1. Original Artwork & Prints

  • Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email [info@rosedarosa.com] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free returns for customers who receive a damaged product or if, in the rare case, a product does not match the description.

2. Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, workbooks, and online courses), all sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact [info@rosedarosa.com] for assistance.

3. Workshops

  • Workshop registrations are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the event.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, refunds will not be provided. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us via email.

  • In the rare event that a workshop is canceled by Rose daRosa, you will receive a full refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact [info@rosedarosa.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for damage incurred by shipping companies; however, we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues caused during transit.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
